We are currently seeking a Director of Product Marketing to join our team in a remote capacity and help shape our go-to-market vision as we scale through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
Key outcomes
- Lead the development and execution of our product marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, regulatory shifts, and customer pain points to inform our product roadmap and strategy.
- Serve as a key partner in M&A integration activities, ensuring new offerings align seamlessly with our existing product portfolio.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and client success teams to create effective training materials, content, and tools that drive revenue.
- Manage marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Build our brand presence as a thought leader in the healthcare RCM space through webinars, white papers, and industry conferences.
- Develop targeted acquisition and retention strategies to expand our footprint within hospitals and large healthcare networks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of marketing leadership experience with a proven track record in healthcare IT, RCM, or healthcare services.
- Minimum of 3 years of specific experience within the healthcare revenue cycle sector.
- Demonstrated success in executing B2B marketing strategies targeting healthcare providers and large systems.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM systems, and healthcare-specific marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in office applications, including MS Office, Teams, and Zoom.
Preferred qualifications
- An MBA or related advanced degree.
- Experience working within a rapidly scaling technology or services organization.
- Demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end corporate development and M&A processes.
