Quantinuum is the world’s largest integrated quantum computing company, pushing the boundaries of modern supercomputing to solve complex global challenges in fields like medicine, cryptography, and artificial intelligence. We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to join our team and help steer our mission by crafting compelling messaging and go-to-market strategies for our cutting-edge hardware and software solutions. Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Communications, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring clarity to the evolving quantum landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, including market research and competitive analysis, to support our product roadmap.
- Lead go-to-market launches for our quantum computing hardware and software offerings.
- Create high-quality technical content, such as white papers, presentations, product demos, blogs, and customer success stories.
- Drive awareness and demand across key market segments, including financial services, physical sciences, and government sectors.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate complex technical details into clear value propositions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Represent Quantinuum as a spokesperson at industry events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Monitor digital analytics and performance data to optimize campaigns and ensure accountability for key performance indicators.
- Work with sales and business development teams to provide effective sales enablement tools and client-facing materials.
Must-haves
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in marketing, product marketing, developer relations, or product management.
- At least 8 years specifically focused on product or developer marketing within technology, infrastructure, or platform companies.
- Proven industry experience in HPC or Quantum computing.
- Due to contractual and national security requirements, you must be a U.S. person, defined as a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or green card holder.
- Candidates must not be a national of the People's Republic of China or Russia, unless they are also a U.S. citizen.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Over 10 years of experience in B2B product marketing.
- Strong background in hardware solutions for large enterprises and government audiences.
- Experience leading and managing teams within a highly matrixed global organization.
- Familiarity with quantum algorithms, programming systems, and hybrid classical-quantum computations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive consensus across diverse teams.
