Our technology empowers teams to query time-stamped data in real-time, allowing them to uncover insights and share them effectively to maintain a competitive edge. As a remote-first company with a globally distributed team, we pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative environment where innovation thrives. We are currently looking for a talented leader to join our growing marketing department and help us shape the future of our product reach.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is an executive-level position intended for a seasoned professional who is ready to take on a high-impact role. You will work closely with our Sales, Product Management, and Marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive both acquisition and expansion for our product lines.
What will you do?
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans for product releases, covering everything from pricing and positioning to sales enablement.
- Conduct thorough market research and customer interviews to gain deep insights that inform our segmentation and revenue strategies.
- Develop compelling, pain-point-focused messaging that clearly differentiates our offerings and empowers our sales teams to succeed in the enterprise market.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience in the software industry, specifically within the product marketing space. We are looking for someone who understands the complexities of B2B sales and the unique needs of the developer community. You should be comfortable translating technical features into clear business benefits. Proficiency in English is required, and we value candidates who have a strong background in technical marketing, cloud infrastructure, and Kubernetes. If you have experience with open-source software or driving growth through free-to-paid conversion models, you will be a particularly strong candidate.
What's in it for you?
We are committed to supporting our employees with a comprehensive benefits package designed to promote well-being and professional growth. As a full-time member of our team, you will have access to the following perks:
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Life insurance and disability insurance coverage.
- A 401k plan to help you save for the future.
- Flexible hours and a remote-first work environment.
- Access to wellness programs and an annual budget for professional development.
