About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to join our team on a full-time basis. In this leadership position, you will play a vital role in evolving and scaling our product and solutions marketing function. You will report directly to the VP of Product Marketing and serve as a key member of our leadership team. Your primary focus will be to translate our ambitious product roadmap into successful customer engagement and business growth, ensuring that our fintech and business solutions are positioned effectively in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of product marketers, integrating efforts across product growth, industry marketing, and competitive strategy.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our fintech and business solutions that align with our broader company objectives.
- Partner closely with product management, sales, and monetization teams to provide market insights and ensure our value propositions resonate with customers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in product marketing and a passion for driving growth. Our ideal candidate brings the following qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in product marketing, product management, demand generation, or strategic operations, ideally within the SaaS or fintech sectors.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role within a SaaS environment.
- A deep understanding of the fintech landscape, including regulatory considerations and financial services.
- Proven experience with product-led growth strategies and the ability to manage multiple product launches annually.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to setting KPIs and monitoring performance.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $166,000. In addition to base compensation, this position is eligible for a bonus and equity. We provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, including:
