About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to join our team on a full-time basis. In this remote position, you will be responsible for defining and executing marketing strategies that support our online gaming products. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will guide a talented team to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement while ensuring our marketing efforts remain competitive in the gaming landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing initiatives that boost brand visibility, user onboarding, and long-term engagement.
- Partner with our Product, Creative, and User Acquisition departments to align on product positioning, launch goals, and the overall user experience.
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team of marketing professionals, fostering an environment of trust, autonomy, and continuous growth.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the mobile gaming, casino, or online gaming industries.
- Proven success in managing small teams and leading complex, cross-functional projects.
- A strong balance of creative vision and analytical expertise to measure campaign performance and drive results.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and inspire your team.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing multiple strategic priorities.
Location
This position is remote and open to candidates located anywhere, with the exception of California, Washington, Maryland, and New York.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $132,000 to $170,000 USD. In addition to base compensation, we provide a robust benefits package to support your well-being and professional growth:
