What is this role?

We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to join us in a full-time, executive-level capacity. This is a hybrid role based in Canada where you will serve as a key architect of our commercialization strategy. You will be responsible for defining how we bring our robotic production systems to market, ensuring our messaging resonates with customers and aligns across our sales, marketing, and product teams.

What will you do?

• Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that leverages market intelligence and competitive analysis to drive demand for our AI-enabled robotic systems.
• Lead the creation of high-impact product marketing campaigns and sales enablement materials that clearly articulate our unique value proposition and support the entire revenue cycle.
• Analyze market trends and performance metrics to refine the customer journey, ensuring we anticipate client needs and integrate that feedback directly into our product development process.

• At least 10 years of leadership experience in marketing or business development, specifically within the construction sector or related industries.
• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or marketing, with an MBA being highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and networking skills, with a proven ability to influence high-level decision-makers and build strong partnerships.
• A track record of working effectively with innovative products and a deep understanding of how to navigate new market entries.
• Fluency in English.
