Role at a glance
We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to join us on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level role based on-site in the United States. You will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and ensuring our products remain at the cutting edge of the industry.
Your impact
- Define our market strategy: You will craft and execute a comprehensive product strategy, refining our value propositions to ensure our solutions stand out in a competitive landscape.
- Fuel sales success: You will serve as a vital partner to our sales force, providing the insights, training, and collateral they need to secure new business and hit ambitious revenue targets.
- Master the market landscape: By conducting deep-dive research into industry trends and competitor activity, you will provide the analytical foundation for our product roadmap and strategic business planning.
What you'll need
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing or a closely related field, ideally with a background in power electronics or complex systems.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, which allows you to bridge the gap between technical development and market needs.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling you to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for customers and stakeholders.
- A proven ability to navigate the full product lifecycle, from initial development and market analysis to customer engagement.
- A willingness to travel up to 20% of the time to connect with partners, customers, and industry leaders.
- Fluency in English.
