The opportunity
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Director of Product Marketing & Pricing to help define how we support early childhood education programs. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our product and our customers by turning deep market insights into effective strategies that fuel growth and retention. You will be a key leader in our organization, working closely with our Product, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure our pricing and positioning remain competitive and impactful.
A day in the life
- You will lead our go-to-market excellence by crafting messaging and positioning frameworks that clearly differentiate brightwheel and drive adoption across our product lines.
- You will spearhead our pricing strategy, collaborating with the Finance team to develop plans that align with both our business goals and the needs of the market.
- You will build and mentor a high-performing product marketing team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and creative collaboration.
Who you are
You are a seasoned leader with at least 8 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment focused on small businesses. You have spent at least 3 years in a leadership capacity, where you have successfully built and mentored teams. Your background includes a strong track record of using data to drive revenue and retention, and you possess a deep understanding of pricing strategy and market analysis. You are an expert at communicating complex ideas, and you thrive when working cross-functionally to align goals across Sales and Product departments. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
