What you bring

We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in India. In this strategic role, you will lead a talented team of Technical Product Managers to drive the development of our platform features, specifically focusing on API and technical solutions. You will be responsible for the following:

• Overseeing the execution and delivery of our technical product roadmap to ensure alignment with our broader business goals.
• Leading and mentoring Technical Product Managers and design teams to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for platform-level features, from initial ideation through to deployment and iteration.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in product management, including at least 5 years managing technical products within a SaaS or B2B marketing technology environment. You should possess a strong technical background with proven expertise in API development and platform services. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools is essential for making data-driven decisions. We require a BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. You must be an exceptional communicator capable of translating complex technical concepts for business stakeholders and senior leadership. We value candidates who can navigate ambiguity, inspire their teams, and balance long-term strategy with immediate technical execution.
