What you'll be doing

• You will align our enterprise product roadmap with clear objectives and customer requirements by partnering closely with our Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• You will define and deliver robust product requirements that address the complex needs of our largest clients, specifically focusing on security, data privacy, compliance, and system integrations.
• You will lead our Enterprise pod in collaboration with the Engineering Lead to ensure the timely execution and high-quality delivery of features that drive growth and user engagement.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in SaaS and AI technologies. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• At least 8 years of experience in product management, including a proven history of leading high-performing teams and managing collaboration platforms.
• A demonstrated ability to drive revenue and user growth through product-led strategies and data-driven insights.
• Technical proficiency with SQL, Snowflake, and Amplitude to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Exceptional communication skills that allow you to articulate product requirements clearly and present strategies confidently to leadership.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical or business field.
• A startup mindset, characterized by creativity, a winning attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll get

We offer a competitive base salary for this full-time, on-site position in the United States, ranging from $210,000 to $250,000 USD per year. Please note that this range represents our estimate for the role, and your actual base salary will be determined based on your specific experience and qualifications. We view this base salary as just one part of a comprehensive total rewards package designed to support your professional and personal success.
