At Inspiren, we are dedicated to transforming the senior living landscape through a connected ecosystem that bridges the gap between compassionate care and advanced technology. Founded by Michael Wang, a former Green Beret turned cardiothoracic nurse, our company proves that clinical excellence and innovation can work hand in hand. We provide operators with powerful analytics and integrated solutions that capture real-time data, ultimately driving efficiency and improving care outcomes for residents, families, and staff. We are looking for a visionary leader to help us define our next chapter of growth.
About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Product Management for our Strategic Expansion team. This is a full-time, remote position where you will own the roadmap for our most significant growth opportunities. You will navigate the intersection of hardware, software, AI, and clinical workflows to determine where Inspiren should head next. This role is ideal for a senior leader who is comfortable moving between high-level strategy and hands-on execution, ensuring that our technical capabilities translate into measurable business results and meaningful impact for caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a 1–3 year expansion strategy, identifying new markets and segments while adapting our hardware-enabled platform to meet evolving needs.
- Lead rigorous discovery processes for new product bets, using AI and data-driven experiments to validate hypotheses before moving into the build phase.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Commercial, and Clinical Success teams to launch new initiatives and iterate based on real-world performance signals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in product leadership and a passion for complex problem-solving. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of product management experience, specifically with initiatives that drove strategic expansion from concept through to scale.
- Proven experience working with hardware-enabled or sensor-based systems in production environments.
- A systematic approach to using AI in your product workflow, with evidence of how it has improved your speed, data analysis capabilities, or output quality.
- A track record of establishing best-in-class product practices for discovery, testing, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around complex platform tradeoffs and business goals.
Location
This position is remote and available to candidates based anywhere, though we have a preference for those located in New York City.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive annual salary range of $230,000 to $270,000. In addition to base pay, you will receive the following benefits:
- Equity compensation to ensure you share in our long-term success.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- The flexibility of working in a remote environment.
