Role at a glance
We are seeking a Director of Product Management to own the end-to-end roadmap and execution for our Core Solution and user experience. This is a full-time, remote position open to experienced candidates residing in Canada, Latin America, or specific US states. Your impact
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for generative AI features that significantly boost marketing performance.
- Lead the development of our core application, ensuring all Lily AI capabilities integrate into a seamless, user-focused interface.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to manage complex workflows, from catalog management to agentic AI capabilities.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a seasoned professional with a strong grasp of both the technical and human sides of product development. We are looking for the following:
- Over 7 years of product management experience, ideally within AI-powered content generation, MarTech, or eCommerce.
- A proven track record of owning roadmaps for products generating over $100M in annual revenue.
- The ability to communicate complex ML workflows and data structures to technical teams while maintaining a deep focus on user-centric design.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on defining success metrics and iterating based on real customer feedback.
- Professional fluency in English.
Perks and compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $200,000 USD per year for US-based candidates, with adjustments made for other regions based on local market rates. Our compensation philosophy is built on equity and ensuring our team members can thrive.
