What you bring

As our Director of Product Design, you will serve as a strategic leader for our design organization in a full-time, remote capacity that allows you to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for shaping our product design roadmap, managing our talented design team, and fostering a culture of innovation. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of product designers to create exceptional experiences that improve patient and therapist outcomes.
• Establishing design principles and scalable processes that support continuous discovery, user research, and usability testing.
• Partnering with cross-functional leaders in engineering and product to align our design vision with broader business objectives.

Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in designing user-centered web and mobile experiences. You should possess a strong background in leadership, with at least 5 years of experience managing design and research teams. The ideal candidate is a fluent communicator who can bridge the gap between technical teams and senior stakeholders. You must be comfortable navigating ambiguity, turning complex user research into intuitive UX, and building design systems within a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English and a portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of modern design best practices are essential for this role.

What we offer
