We are looking for a Director of Product Design to join our team in a full-time capacity. At Dashlane, our mission is to simplify security for over 17 million users and 20,000 businesses across 180 countries. We provide a platform that protects sensitive data and streamlines account access for organizations of all sizes. As a leader in our design organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our security products and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design strategy for our Growth domain, focusing on creating modular, end-to-end onboarding and user experiences.
- Mentor and manage a team of product designers, supporting their career development while maintaining a high standard of quality across all deliverables.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders in engineering and product management to influence our overarching strategy and drive cohesion across our product suite.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in design management.
- Proven background in SaaS B2B, specifically within product-led growth, onboarding, and user experience optimization.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both your personal design work and examples of projects you have directed and delivered through your team.
- The ability to synthesize high-level company goals into actionable design strategies that empower teams to create exceptional user experiences.
- Experience contributing to design operations, including refining processes and selecting tools to improve team efficiency.
