What you bring
We are seeking a Director of Product Design to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis within the United States. This role is perfect for a leader who excels at balancing high-level strategy with hands-on design work. You will be responsible for driving our design vision, optimizing our internal processes, and leading a talented team of designers to create exceptional, user-centered products.
- Shape and execute a unified design vision that aligns with our engineering and product goals.
- Provide team leadership and mentorship to a group of 3-5 designers, fostering a culture of quality and professional growth.
- Drive process optimization by establishing scalable design systems and methodologies that ensure high-quality output across the organization.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong background in SaaS or metric-driven product design. You should have extensive experience in executive-level product strategy and a proven ability to align cross-functional stakeholders. We value candidates who are proficient in Figma and possess a deep understanding of user research methodologies. Strong communication skills in English are essential for this role, as you will be presenting solutions and collaborating across various departments. A background in Fintech is considered a significant bonus.
What we offer
We are committed to rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication. The expected annual base salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $190,000. In addition to your base pay, we provide the following benefits:
