What you bring
As our Director of Product Design Growth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our security platform. This full-time leadership position is based in Lisbon, Portugal, and requires a professional who is comfortable working in a hybrid environment. You will be responsible for the following:
- Leading the design strategy for our Growth domain while managing the career development of your team.
- Designing modular, end-to-end onboarding experiences that empower small and medium-sized businesses.
- Partnering with cross-functional leaders to drive product roadmaps and ensure high-quality execution across our core offerings.
Requirements
We are looking for a strategic leader with at least 5 years of experience in design management. You should have a proven track record in SaaS B2B environments, specifically within Product-Led Growth and user onboarding optimization. The ideal candidate possesses a strong ability to synthesize company-level goals into remarkable design experiences and has a diverse portfolio showcasing both personal work and team-led projects. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate a natural talent for mentoring, motivating, and building high-performing design teams. We value individuals who can influence overarching growth strategies while actively contributing to the improvement of our design processes, operations, and tools.
