What is this role?
We are looking for a Director of Product Design to lead our Growth domain. This is a full-time, hybrid leadership position based in Lisbon. As a director-level professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our security platform by overseeing design strategy, managing a talented team, and ensuring we maintain our high standards for quality and innovation.
What will you do?
- Lead and mentor a team of product designers, championing their career development and helping them produce their best work.
- Design modular, end-to-end onboarding and growth experiences that empower small and medium-sized businesses.
- Partner with cross-functional peers in engineering and product management to influence the product roadmap and drive cohesive design execution.

You bring a wealth of experience in design management and a deep understanding of how to build and motivate high-performing teams. We value candidates who possess the following qualities and expertise:
- At least 5 years of experience in design management.
- Proven success in SaaS B2B product-led growth, specifically regarding onboarding and user experience optimization.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both your personal design work and the successful projects you have directed for your team.
- The ability to synthesize high-level company goals into actionable design strategies that span multiple products.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on improving design processes, operations, and tools.
- Fluency in English, which serves as our primary working language.
