About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Product and Integrated Marketing to join us in a full-time, hybrid capacity. Reporting directly to the VP and Head of Marketing, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our products and services. You will oversee a talented team and work across departments to ensure our brand messaging remains cohesive and impactful across every channel. This is an executive-level role for someone who excels at orchestrating large-scale campaigns in a direct-to-consumer environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end go-to-market strategies, including market segmentation, value proposition design, and distribution planning.
- Lead integrated marketing efforts by aligning our brand identity and messaging across all digital and traditional platforms to create a unified customer journey.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing team while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure the seamless execution of product launches and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 15 years of experience in product marketing, integrated marketing, or a related field, with preference given to those with a background in fintech or insurance.
- A proven history of managing successful go-to-market strategies and campaigns for consumer-focused or micro-business brands.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
- Deep proficiency in marketing automation, CRM tools, project management, and data-driven performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex strategies to stakeholders at all levels.

This position is based in the United States and operates under a hybrid work model.
