Blueprint Medicines is a global, fully integrated biopharmaceutical company dedicated to inventing life-changing therapies for patients with oncology, hematology, allergy, and inflammation conditions. We are currently navigating a significant growth phase as we expand the reach of our systemic mastocytosis treatments. We are seeking an innovative Director of Omnichannel Strategy to join our marketing team and lead our transition toward a more customer-centric engagement model. In this role, you will define the future of our omnichannel landscape, ensuring our therapies reach those who need them most while setting new benchmarks for engagement and experience.
Key outcomes
- Design and implement a comprehensive strategy that integrates personal and non-personal touchpoints across the entire customer journey.
- Orchestrate alignment across various channels to ensure a seamless and cohesive experience for our stakeholders.
- Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and compliance teams to execute omnichannel capabilities effectively.
- Act as a strategic bridge between Brand Marketing and Commercial Operations to facilitate clear communication and execution.
- Optimize engagement for patients and healthcare providers through targeted digital media, events, and peer-to-peer programming.
- Define key performance indicators and analytics to drive continuous improvement and data-backed decision-making.
- Ensure content consistency across all channels by mapping messaging to specific customer needs.
- Manage budgets and resources to maximize the return on investment for our strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of professional marketing experience with a strong emphasis on omnichannel strategy and execution.
- Proven experience in biopharmaceutical digital marketing, customer experience optimization, and media planning.
- Direct experience working within the rare or chronic disease landscape.
- Fluency in English.

- Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to oversee multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
