Role at a glance
We are seeking a Director of Marketing to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at our San Francisco headquarters. This is an executive-level position for a seasoned professional ready to lead our marketing efforts and drive significant user acquisition through a community-first approach.
Your impact
- Lead our full-stack marketing strategy, encompassing performance media, brand development, product marketing, content creation, and lifecycle growth.
- Act as both a player and a coach, diving deep into data analytics while maintaining a high-level strategic vision to accelerate our expansion.
- Partner closely with our product, engineering, and support teams to ensure our marketing efforts are perfectly aligned with our business objectives and user needs.
What you'll need
- 8 to 10 years of comprehensive marketing experience across various functions like product marketing, growth, and brand strategy.
- At least 5 years of experience in management and hiring.
- A proven ability to use data analytics to inform decision-making and build effective marketing plans.
- Deep empathy for customer behaviors and a strong grasp of how to connect with diverse communities.
- Fluency in English and a collaborative, hands-on leadership style.
- Experience in fintech or startup environments is a plus, as is cultural familiarity with immigrant communities.
Perks and compensation
The base salary for this role is between $180,000 and $210,000 per year, complemented by equity compensation. We also offer a robust suite of benefits:
