We are currently seeking a Director of Marketing for a full-time, on-site position to lead our brand strategy, drive growth, and elevate our presence in the market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, forward-thinking marketing and communication strategy that establishes our firm as a leader in the general contracting, design-build, and skilled trades sectors.
- Collaborate closely with our sales team and market segment leaders to prioritize accounts, enhance lead generation, and drive revenue through effective sales enablement initiatives.
- Partner with our Human Resources department to foster internal engagement and build an authentic employer brand that reflects our unique corporate culture and values.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
- At least 7 years of experience in marketing and communications, specifically within a B2B environment, with a preference for candidates who have a background in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in modern marketing technologies, including CRM platforms like Salesforce, marketing automation, SEO/SEM, content management systems, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics or HubSpot.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and managing budgets effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills and a creative, proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
