We are Bone Dry Roofing, and we are looking for a talented Director of Marketing to join our team in Indianapolis. What you'll be doing

You will design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively promote our services and drive growth.
You will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals to foster a collaborative environment and achieve our collective goals.
You will manage our marketing budget and utilize project management software to ensure all campaigns and initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in B2C marketing, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity.
A proven history of creating and implementing successful marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to make informed, strategic decisions.
Proficiency with project management software to organize tasks and track project progress.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different departments.
Fluency in English.
