Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, team management, and project management. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our marketing initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads. This is an in-person position for our Indianapolis office.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Bone Dry Roofing's services.

Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, including setting goals, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and promotional materials.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives and sales goals.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies as needed.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Manage marketing budgets and resources effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Establish and utilize project management software to organize and track marketing initiatives, tasks, and deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

5+ years of experience in B2C marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana) to coordinate and track marketing projects.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
