Nansen is a leading blockchain analytics platform that provides deep insights by enriching on-chain data with millions of wallet labels. Our platform empowers crypto investors to perform due diligence, uncover new opportunities, and protect their portfolios through our suite of real-time alerts and dashboards. We are currently looking for a Director of Marketing to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a pivotal role for a leader who is passionate about the cryptocurrency space and ready to scale our marketing function to new heights.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a holistic marketing strategy that boosts our brand visibility and accelerates growth within the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing, globally distributed team to ensure everyone is hitting their potential and delivering excellent results.
- Utilize a data-driven mindset to establish key performance indicators, track campaign success, and continuously refine our marketing efforts for maximum impact.
Requirements
- You possess over 10 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity within the fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industries.
- You have a strong background in product marketing and a proven ability to execute B2B strategies that successfully drive lead generation and revenue.
- You are an exceptional communicator who can craft compelling content and lead teams with a clear, strategic vision.
- You maintain a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and have a track record of building successful growth strategies.
- You are highly analytical and comfortable using data to optimize performance across SEO, SEM, and social media channels.
