Role at a glance

We are searching for a Director of Marketing to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a senior-level, on-site position based at our headquarters in Eugene, Oregon. We are looking for a leader who is local to the area and ready to make a tangible impact on our growth.

Your impact

• Own the entire marketing funnel by developing and executing a comprehensive strategy that drives brand awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition.
• Design and optimize high-impact marketing programs to consistently meet or exceed lead generation targets while improving conversion rates.
• Partner directly with our Sales leadership to ensure our messaging resonates with our ideal customers and that our lead handoff processes are perfectly aligned with revenue goals.

What you'll need

• At least 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong preference for backgrounds in real estate or mortgage industries.
• A proven track record of success in demand generation, digital marketing, and sales-aligned strategy.
• Hands-on expertise in managing multi-channel campaigns, including SEO, paid media, email marketing, and content strategy.
• An analytical mindset that allows you to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize performance based on data.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• The ability to work on-site at our Eugene, Oregon office.
• Excellent communication skills and the leadership ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
