The role
We are seeking a Director of Marketing to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a high-impact leadership position based in New York, NY, offered in a hybrid work environment. You will work directly with our founding team to shape our go-to-market strategy and distribution channels as we enter our next phase of growth. We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least five years of experience in marketing or go-to-market functions within the B2B SaaS, insurtech, or fintech sectors.
Core responsibilities
- Take full ownership of our marketing function, including lead generation, distribution channel management, product messaging, and sales performance tracking.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive organic and paid web conversion while managing the marketing tool stack to improve sales efficiency.
- Collaborate with our product team to provide sales-focused feedback, generate engaging content, and serve as a thought leader in the GRC, security, and insurance spaces.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of B2B market dynamics and the ability to think from first principles. We value candidates who bring a founder mindset and a commitment to data-driven decision making.
- A proven track record of topline growth in mid-to-senior level roles.
- Deep knowledge of customer profiling within the B2B SME space.
- Experience working with insurtech, compliance automation, or regulated industry products.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and writing skills.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
