Our technology is truly transformative, allowing farmers to manage livestock in ways that feel like magic. We are currently scaling rapidly across New Zealand, Australia, and the United States, and we are looking for a visionary leader to help us share our story with the world. About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Marketing to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will be responsible for building our global growth engine and defining our brand presence. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global marketing function to drive revenue growth through a deeply data-led approach to investment and activity.
- Develop and execute high-impact campaigns while continuously experimenting with creative assets to increase velocity and improve performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales team and other leaders to align marketing strategy with broader company priorities and market insights.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a blend of strategic vision and tactical execution. You should have a proven track record in the following areas:
- Critical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to diagnose root causes and solve complex, ambiguous problems in fast-paced environments.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a history of delivering commercial results through data-backed decision-making.
- Leadership: Experience fostering high-performance cultures, coaching talent, and managing teams with high emotional intelligence.
- Marketing Expertise: A deep understanding of brand development, campaign management, and marketing ROI attribution.
- Adaptability: A fast learner who is comfortable both crafting high-level strategy and getting hands-on with the tools to execute.
