What is this role?
We are seeking a Director of Marketing to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a senior-level position where you will take the lead on our brand expansion efforts. You will be the driving force behind our marketing initiatives, talent outreach, and internal communication strategies, ensuring that our vision and values are clearly represented in every interaction.
What will you do?
- Brand and Strategy Management: You will define and maintain our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels while developing high-impact marketing materials and strategic plans.
- Digital Presence and Content: You will oversee our website, social media, and email campaigns, producing insightful content that highlights our expertise in the logistics industry and engages our target audience.
- Internal Communications and Events: You will partner with our leadership and People Team to foster employee engagement and manage our presence at key industry conferences and trade shows.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should be a strong communicator with a deep understanding of strategic marketing. We are looking for someone who can collaborate effectively across departments to turn ideas into reality. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a solid grasp of digital marketing tools, including SEO and social media management. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with at least three years of experience in strategic marketing. Prior experience in the 3PL or logistics industry is a significant plus, as is a background in account-based marketing.
