Since our inception, we have moved billions of dollars and opened hundreds of thousands of accounts, helping our clients achieve top-tier digital experiences. We are currently looking for a Director of Marketing to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity within the United States. In this role, you will lead our growth efforts, refine our product positioning, and spearhead our go-to-market strategies to ensure Narmi remains the dominant solution in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Direct our product marketing, demand generation, and events teams to ensure cohesive messaging and lead growth.
- Create and maintain comprehensive go-to-market strategies and product positioning for our platform, working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to hit revenue targets.
- Develop high-impact content and customer stories, including case studies and sales assets, while training our sales team on effective messaging and competitive differentiation.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in B2B or SaaS marketing, specifically targeting enterprise or large SMB clients.
- A proven history of managing high-performing teams and fostering a positive company culture.
- Strong expertise in building go-to-market strategies and a demonstrated ability to own a quota.
- A deep understanding of the financial institution landscape, including banks and credit unions of varying asset sizes.
- Exceptional writing skills and the ability to translate complex product features into compelling market narratives.
What we offer
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $165,000 to $205,000. Beyond the base salary, we provide a competitive compensation package that includes:
