We are looking for a visionary Director of Marketing to join our team in New York and help us define how we protect businesses from the novel risks of tomorrow.

What you'll be doing

• You will take full ownership of our marketing and go-to-market strategy, which includes managing distribution channels, refining product messaging, and overseeing lead generation efforts.
• You will define and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to boost conversion rates while managing a suite of marketing tools designed to improve sales efficiency.
• You will track key performance indicators across all distribution channels and use data-driven insights to report directly to our C-suite, ensuring our growth remains aligned with our core business objectives.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in B2B SaaS, insurtech, or fintech environments. We are looking for someone who possesses:

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing or go-to-market roles, specifically within mid-to-senior levels at tech-focused companies.
• A deep understanding of B2B market dynamics, customer profiling, and the ability to think from first principles to solve complex problems.
• Excellent project and program management skills, paired with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• A founder mindset and a sharp focus on delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
