About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Marketing to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping our brand identity and driving our growth strategy across existing and new markets. You will report directly to the Vice President of Business Operations and Business Development while working alongside our Product, Client Success, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with our broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities

- Enhance sales strategy: Partner closely with the sales team to identify key challenges and opportunities, ensuring our marketing initiatives directly contribute to increased demand and improved conversion rates.
- Drive market insights: Conduct deep analysis to inform our strategic positioning, keeping us ahead of the competition and ensuring our brand remains top-of-mind for our clients and partners.
Requirements
We are looking for a hands-on professional who thrives in complex environments and possesses a strong analytical mindset. You should have at least 8 years of experience in B2B and growth marketing at the enterprise level, ideally within series B-D tech companies. You must have a proven track record of driving tangible growth and leading teams. Proficiency in account-based marketing, marketing automation platforms like Hubspot, and CRM analytics is essential. We value candidates who are adept at process optimization and can independently navigate uncharted territory to deliver results.

We offer a salary range of $170,000 to $220,000, supplemented by a competitive equity package that allows you to share in the ownership of our success. Our benefits package includes:

- Flexible work hours and a hybrid schedule.
- Generous paid time off and 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave.
- A 401k plan to support your long-term financial future.
- Annual learning and development budget to foster your professional growth.
- Mental wellness support, including access to Spring Health.
- Commuter benefits and gym membership reimbursement.
