We are Alloy Automation, an integration development platform that helps companies like Amazon, Gorgias, and Postscript launch SaaS integrations quickly. We solve the slow, painful process of building integrations in-house so our clients can focus on their core missions, and we are looking for a Director of Marketing to help us scale.

Responsibilities

Design and execute our overall marketing strategy while serving as a key member of our leadership team.
Act as a hands-on contributor, managing demand generation, marketing operations, ABM, and digital campaigns.
Drive inbound leads and pipeline growth for our technical product, which features six-figure contract values.
Develop deep insights into the psychology of developers and product managers to create targeted, effective messaging.
Run aggressive experiments across various channels, scaling successful campaigns while quickly cutting those that do not perform.
Manage and mentor your direct report while maintaining a scrappy, resourceful approach to marketing operations.
Strengthen our brand presence and positioning within a competitive, crowded market.

Must-haves

At least 5 years of experience tactically deploying strategies across SEO, social media, paid search, events, and demand generation.
A proven track record of owning lead generation KPIs and revenue targets.
Direct experience marketing technical products to technical audiences.
Experience serving as an early or first marketing hire in a previous role.
A highly analytical and data-driven mindset with a history of rapid testing and iteration.
The ability to collaborate effectively with sales, product, and engineering teams.
Fluency in English.
