Picture a small, passionate team that grew out of two festival founders who once wrestled with clunky ticketing systems and scattered customer data while running Rise, Europe’s largest snow-sports and music festival, and Beyond Adventures across deserts and archipelagos. Today that same spirit powers Easol, the all-in-one commerce platform that lets experience businesses-from music festivals to immersive wellness retreats-sell directly, keep more revenue, and own every customer interaction on their own terms.
The opportunity
We are looking for a Director of Marketing who will act as both strategist and hands-on player-coach. In this role you will shape demand across our two fast-growing verticals-music and location-based entertainment-while building the systems, content, and campaigns that turn curiosity into pipeline. You will sit at the centre of Sales, Customer Success, and Brand, translating product value into clear narratives and measurable growth. Because we are still in scale-up mode, your work will directly influence how quickly we expand and how efficiently we acquire customers.
A day in the life
- You might start the morning reviewing performance dashboards from last week’s ABM sequences and SEO experiments, then spend the afternoon shaping a new customer case study that Sales can use in enterprise pitches.
- Lunch could be a cross-functional sync with Customer Success to refine lifecycle email journeys, followed by time refining an AI-assisted workflow that speeds up content repurposing across channels.
- Later you might finalise the quarterly marketing budget report, meet with a freelance producer about an upcoming PR campaign, and close the day by presenting fresh insights to the leadership team.
Who you are
You bring more than ten years of marketing experience, including several years inside fast-paced SaaS companies where you have repeatedly built data-driven growth engines across multiple markets. You are fluent in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, SEO, performance marketing, ABM, PR, and content marketing, and you have used these tools to deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact. You are comfortable analysing complex data sets, running A/B tests, and turning findings into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders. You have managed external partners and freelancers to high standards and you are genuinely excited about applying AI tools to lift productivity. Excellent communication skills, strong budget stewardship, and the organisational discipline to juggle concurrent projects across time zones round out your profile. English fluency is essential.
Why you'll love it here
We keep decision-making transparent through weekly all-hands meetings where wins, challenges, and next-quarter priorities are discussed openly. Your voice matters; we actively invite ideas from every team member and leave egos at the door. Beyond the work itself, you will receive 33 days of holiday each year, a monthly contribution toward your gym membership and mobile phone, an annual personal-development budget, and the chance to take a fully funded “deep week” once a year to focus on a project that matters to you in a destination of your choice. We support employees of all backgrounds and abilities so everyone can do their best work.
