At Halter, we are redefining the future of food production by bridging deep technology with the agricultural industry. By removing the need for traditional physical fences and quad bikes, we are transforming how cattle are managed and improving the lives of farmers across New Zealand, Australia, and the United States. What you'll be doing

Lead our global marketing function by embedding a data-led approach to investment and activity, ensuring high-quality lead generation and conversion.
Develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns while increasing creative velocity through continuous experimentation and iteration.
Act as a custodian of the Halter brand, strengthening our market positioning and establishing our identity as the global category leader.

What you'll bring

We are looking for an executive-level marketer who is as comfortable crafting high-level strategy as they are diving into the technical details. You should possess the following:

A strong track record of critical thinking and solving complex, ambiguous problems in fast-paced environments.
Deep analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with proven experience in delivering significant commercial results.
Expertise in team leadership, with the ability to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture and coach talent to reach their full potential.
A hands-on approach to brand development and campaign execution, paired with the ability to learn new domains rapidly.
Fluency in English and the ability to communicate a compelling vision to both your team and the wider company.
