What you'll be doing
- Lead our global marketing function by embedding a data-led approach to investment and activity, ensuring high-quality lead generation and conversion.
- Develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns while increasing creative velocity through continuous experimentation and iteration.
- Act as a custodian of the Halter brand, strengthening our market positioning and establishing our identity as the global category leader.
What you'll bring
We are looking for an executive-level marketer who is as comfortable crafting high-level strategy as they are diving into the technical details. You should possess the following:
- A strong track record of critical thinking and solving complex, ambiguous problems in fast-paced environments.
- Deep analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with proven experience in delivering significant commercial results.
- Expertise in team leadership, with the ability to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture and coach talent to reach their full potential.
- A hands-on approach to brand development and campaign execution, paired with the ability to learn new domains rapidly.
- Fluency in English and the ability to communicate a compelling vision to both your team and the wider company.
