The opportunity
We are seeking a Director of Marketing to act as both a creative tastemaker and a strategic taskmaster. This role is essential to our growth, as you will be responsible for evolving our brand and scaling our reach to attract new business and top-tier talent. You will balance high-level vision with hands-on execution, ensuring that our storytelling is as impactful as our data-driven insights. By joining us, you will lead our marketing efforts from the ground up, turning our reputation into a powerful engine for awareness and success.
A day in the life
- You will own the entire marketing vision, which includes planning, budgeting, and executing campaigns across digital, social, and PR channels.
- You will lead and mentor a talented marketing team, ensuring their creative output aligns with our broader business goals while working alongside them to deliver exceptional results.
- You will collaborate across departments, working closely with executive leadership, design, engineering, and business development to ensure our brand narrative remains consistent and effective.
Who you are
You are a digitally native leader with over 8 to 10 years of experience in brand building and marketing, ideally within the consumer technology space. You possess a unique blend of creative flair and analytical rigor, allowing you to turn complex data into actionable strategies. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple projects at once, and advocating for your team with confidence. Because we operate as a global, collaborative unit, you must be a strong communicator who values the success of others above all else. You are fluent in English and ready to bring your entrepreneurial mindset to a team that thrives on innovation.
