What you'll be doing
- You will spearhead our long-term go-to-market strategies, providing mentorship and leadership to our growth and product marketing teams while diving into tactical execution to meet our ambitious targets.
- You will drive top-of-funnel growth and self-service revenue by managing paid advertising, event strategies, and various other channels to attract both Web3 developers and Web2 companies.
- You will collaborate closely with our product teams to evolve our marketing approach, moving from single-product awareness to promoting comprehensive solutions and bundles across our portfolio of over six products.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep passion for Web3 and blockchain technology, along with the following qualifications:
- A proven track record of leadership at the director level within the technology marketing space.
- Extensive experience in crafting product marketing strategies that drive adoption and resonate with developer ecosystems.
- A demonstrated ability to own pipeline generation for enterprise clients by using data-driven insights to optimize performance.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a history of working effectively alongside sales, product, and customer success teams.
- Fluency in English and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling brand narratives.
What you'll get
For candidates based in the United States, the base salary for this position is $171,000 to $190,000 per year.
