We are NOVOS FiBER, a fast-growing fiber broadband startup based in the Dallas Fort Worth area. We are on a mission to build stronger communities by enhancing connectivity, driving local economic growth, and improving the overall quality of life for our neighbors. We are currently looking for an innovative Director of Marketing to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will lead our marketing efforts, shape our strategic vision, and help us scale our brand presence as we bring high-quality connectivity to more people.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies designed to boost brand awareness and effectively promote our fiber products.
- Manage demand generation campaigns by utilizing HubSpot to its full potential, ensuring we maximize customer engagement and grow our market share.
- Use data analysis to monitor market trends and campaign performance, allowing you to refine our plans and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a marketing leadership position, specifically with a track record of success in demand generation and sales enablement.
- Advanced proficiency with HubSpot, including its marketing automation and CRM capabilities.
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex marketing data into actionable business strategies.
- While not required, previous experience working within the telecommunications industry is considered a valuable asset.
