The opportunity
We are searching for a talented Director of Marketing Technology to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This leadership role is essential for driving our B2B marketing strategy and ensuring our technology stack perfectly aligns with our sales goals. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of our marketing tools, from selecting and implementing new platforms to optimizing existing channels. By bridging the gap between marketing expertise and technical execution, you will help us achieve greater operational efficiency and improve satisfaction for our clients and employees alike.
A day in the life
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing technology strategy that supports our long-term business goals while ensuring all systems are integrated and performing at their peak.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing technologists, providing the guidance and performance management needed to foster innovation and professional growth.
- Collaborate across departments, including IT, sales, and product development, to analyze data and report on the effectiveness of our initiatives, using those insights to drive continuous improvement.
Who you are
You are a seasoned leader with 7 to 10 plus years of experience in marketing technology, and you possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, with a master’s degree considered a plus.
- Proven proficiency with Salesforce MCAE, email marketing platforms like Klaviyo, digital asset management systems, and various analytics tools.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on data privacy and security.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Fluency in English.
