We are looking for a strategic leader to join FirstKey Homes, a company dedicated to providing high-quality rental housing solutions. As we continue to grow, we need someone who can bridge the gap between our marketing goals and the technology that powers them. If you are passionate about data, team development, and operational efficiency, we would love to hear from you.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Director of Marketing Technology and Operations to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level leadership position based in the United States. You will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Customer Experience, overseeing a team of four managers. This role is perfect for an experienced professional who thrives in a hybrid work environment and wants to make a tangible impact on our marketing performance and infrastructure.
What will you do?
- Lead and mentor a talented team of four managers across the Email Marketing, Product Management, Marketing Operations, and Performance Marketing functions to ensure we meet our business objectives.
- Manage our marketing technology stack, which includes overseeing the procurement, implementation, and integration of platforms like Google Analytics, CDPs, and marketing automation tools.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by establishing key performance indicators and using advanced analytics to measure campaign ROI and optimize our overall marketing strategy.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in marketing technology and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in marketing operations or technology, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Google Analytics, marketing automation, and data analytics tools.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, though a master’s degree is preferred.
- A collaborative, persistent, and innovative mindset that allows you to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Note: During the interview process, we will ask you to share a real-world example of how you used data to solve a complex problem or drive a specific marketing result.
What's in it for you?
We value the well-being of our team members and offer a supportive environment to help you succeed. Key benefits include:
- A hybrid work schedule, allowing for a balance between office collaboration and remote work.
- The opportunity to shape the future of our marketing operations in a high-growth organization.
- A culture that emphasizes professional development, integrity, and creative problem-solving.
