At Double Good, our mission is simple, yet powerful. We exist to create joy. Whether it is through our award-winning popcorn, our fundraising platform that helps kids reach their dreams in youth sports, or our Kids Foundation that hosts events for children with special needs, we are dedicated to making a real impact. We have seen incredible growth of 40% year over year, and as we look toward the future, we are searching for a passionate leader to help us continue this journey.
The opportunity
We are looking for a Director of Marketing Operations to join our growing team. This role is essential to our success, as you will be the architect behind the infrastructure that allows our marketing strategies to thrive. You will partner closely with our Head of Marketing to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution. By managing our technology stack, budgets, and cross-functional processes, you will ensure that our marketing efforts are not only efficient but also measurable and scalable. This is a hybrid role based out of our downtown Chicago office, offering you the chance to be at the heart of our operations.
A day in the life
- You will oversee our marketing budget, ensuring we are accurately forecasting and tracking our spending to maximize our impact.
- You will serve as the primary lead for our marketing technology stack, evaluating and implementing the right tools to keep our team efficient and data-driven.
- You will design and manage the processes for program planning, ensuring our marketing initiatives are aligned with our business goals and delivered on time.
Who you are
You are a seasoned leader with at least 6 to 8 years of experience in marketing operations or program management, ideally within the consumer technology space. You possess a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of how to align marketing infrastructure with broader company objectives. Your toolkit includes:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Proven experience managing significant marketing budgets, ideally in the range of $5 million or more.
- Technical expertise in managing marketing technology platforms, including CRM, automation, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to bridge the gap between cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- A bachelor's degree and current authorization to work in the United States.
Why you'll love it here
We believe in creating a workplace where you can do your best work and enjoy yourself while doing it. We offer a competitive base salary range of $130,000 to $180,000 annually, plus a target annual bonus of 20%. Beyond the numbers, we provide a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being, including:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
- Immediate vesting in our 401k plan.
- Generous paid time off.
- The flexibility of a hybrid work environment.
