Level Access helps enterprises create digital experiences that work for everyone. We are looking for a Director of Marketing Operations to build and scale the systems that power our marketing function as the company grows.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize demand-funnel processes and analytics in partnership with Demand, Growth, and SDR teams to increase qualified pipeline.
- Lead marketing performance reporting, including funnel conversions and ROI analysis, to deliver insights that shape strategy.
- Support budget allocation and resource monitoring so marketing investments drive key growth objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, Sales, SDR, Systems, and Finance to align campaigns and programs across teams.
- Design, document, and refine processes that improve collaboration and continuous improvement between marketing and sales operations.
- Manage and optimize the current MarTech stack, focusing on Salesforce and HubSpot, and lead planned automation integrations in 2025.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing operations leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and 6Sense.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales motions and account-based marketing programs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proactive written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
