The opportunity
As our Director of Marketing Downstream, you will serve as a strategic visionary for our commercial efforts. You will lead a dynamic team of 6 to 8 marketing professionals, steering our commercial strategy and driving profitable growth for our pioneering robotic imaging and biopsy technology. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will foster innovation and help shape the future of patient care. A day in the life
- You will provide strategic direction and mentorship to your team, cultivating a culture of excellence and accountability while empowering your staff to reach ambitious goals.
- You will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive commercial and go-to-market strategies, working closely with clinical, product, and sales teams to ensure our technology reaches those who need it most.
- You will manage our brand identity and event strategy, directing everything from digital marketing campaigns and PR initiatives to high-impact trade shows and Physician Advisory Board programs.
Who you are
You are a seasoned leader with 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in downstream marketing within the medical device or healthcare sector. You possess a strategic mindset that allows you to anticipate market trends and turn them into actionable plans. You are fluent in English and comfortable navigating marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Because this role involves supporting strategic initiatives and industry events, you should be prepared to travel 30 to 40 percent of the time. You hold at least a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a life science, though a master’s degree is preferred.
