Picture a global team of curious minds who believe that every customer interaction can feel more human. At Qualtrics we build the category-defining Experience Management platform trusted by more than 18,000 brands, and we do it with the same spirit of collaboration and bold experimentation that first put us on the map. Now we’re looking for a leader who can turn mountains of marketing data into clear direction for the entire organization.
The opportunity
As Director of Marketing Analytics you will shape how our worldwide marketing organization measures success and decides where to invest next. Sitting at the intersection of data, creative, and revenue teams, you will turn raw performance signals into strategies that improve customer lifetime value and sharpen every channel we use. Your work will directly influence multi-million-dollar decisions and help us keep delivering the thoughtful experiences our clients expect.
A day in the life
- You might start the morning reviewing fresh attribution models that show how an email nurture track influenced an enterprise renewal, then translate those findings into a crisp narrative for the CMO.
- By mid-day you could be pairing with data engineering to refine the shared data model that keeps sales and marketing metrics consistent across regions.
- In the afternoon you might run a workshop that trains two new analysts on media-mix modeling techniques before presenting the quarter’s ROI findings to the global leadership team.
Who you are
You bring at least ten years of hands-on analytics experience, including several years leading dispersed teams, and you hold an advanced degree in statistics, economics, computer science, or a related quantitative field. You are fluent in Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, and comfortable with BigQuery, AWS Redshift, regression analysis, and predictive modeling. You have built measurement frameworks that cover digital media, website activity, email, events, and sales interactions, and you can turn complex outputs into stories that move stakeholders. English fluency is essential, and you thrive when you can recruit, coach, and create psychological safety for a globally distributed group of high-performing analysts.
Why you'll love it here
Base salary for this role ranges from $183,000 to $333,000 USD, and total compensation may also include a sign-on bonus and equity. Beyond pay, you will receive an annual Qualtrics Experience bonus to spend on an adventure of your choosing, and you will join a worldwide community that actively supports one another. Our hybrid model brings the team together in thoughtfully designed offices three set days each week while giving you freedom over the remaining time, so you can integrate work and life on your terms.
