The role
We are seeking a Director of Marketing Analytics and Operations to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position for a candidate with extensive experience in the marketing and GTM space. You will serve as a bridge between operational precision and high-level analytical strategy, ensuring that our marketing efforts are backed by clear data and optimized processes. You will be instrumental in shaping how we understand our performance and how we scale our impact globally.
Core responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive reporting framework that provides actionable insights into marketing performance, customer journeys, and overall business objectives.
- Lead the optimization of our marketing technology stack, including the strategic integration of AI tools to enhance efficiency, security, and return on investment.
- Collaborate with leadership across Sales Operations, Finance, Product, and Business Intelligence to build a unified data strategy that drives revenue and supports consistent, accurate reporting.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should bring a deep background in data-driven marketing and team leadership. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 12 years of experience in marketing analytics and operations, including 4 years in a people leadership role.
- Expertise in marketing data modeling, performance tracking, A/B testing, and KPI development.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex querying, along with experience using Excel and various data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- A deep understanding of global data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
- A builder mentality with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
