Role at a glance
We are searching for a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level role based in the United States, and we operate under a hybrid work model where we encourage team members to join us in the office 1-2 days per week.
Your impact
- Lead and mentor our lifecycle marketing team, overseeing both Product Marketing and CRM functions.
- Develop and execute an end-to-end strategy for app journeys, personalization, and member communications to ensure a high-impact experience.
- Create experimental roadmaps that drive measurable growth in premium upsells, trial survival, and long-term member retention.
What you'll need
You should have at least 7 years of progressive experience in CRM, customer experience, or related marketing fields. We are looking for someone who is a true doer, capable of taking initiative and finding new ways to add value. You should be comfortable working with tools such as Braze, Looker, Amplitude, and Figma. Additionally, you need a deep understanding of customer segmentation, content strategy, and data privacy regulations, including CAN-SPAM and TCPA laws. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be influencing stakeholders and building cross-functional partnerships to align our CRM efforts with our product goals.
Perks and compensation
