What you bring
We are seeking a Director of Growth to join us on a full-time basis in the United States. In this hybrid role, you will lead our demand generation efforts and steer our growth strategy across various channels. You will be instrumental in shaping how we reach our audience and drive revenue, utilizing your expertise in Marketing, SEO, and Growth Marketing. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Defining the long-term vision for our growth strategy and fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid innovation.
- Orchestrating comprehensive marketing programs across paid search, social media, content, events, and lifecycle marketing to drive inbound pipeline.
- Partnering with our GTM leadership and RevOps teams to optimize internal systems, attribution models, and lead follow-up processes.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and creative leader with 7 to 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation. You should have a proven track record of managing growth in post-Series B environments. Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Salesforce, HubSpot, and WordPress is essential. We are looking for someone who excels at people management and can influence cross-functional teams with ease. You must be a self-starter who is comfortable managing budgets and complex projects while maintaining a sharp focus on data-driven results. Fluency in English is required, and you should be prepared to travel occasionally for industry events and team collaboration.
What we offer
