What you'll be doing
- You will design and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth and acquire new customers.
- You will mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team while collaborating across sales, product, and finance to ensure our goals are aligned.
- You will manage and optimize our marketing systems and operations, using data-driven insights to refine our performance and strategy.
What you'll bring
We are looking for an experienced leader who is ready to take on an executive role. Your background should include:
- At least 8 years of experience in growth marketing and demand generation.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience within the B2B infrastructure or developer tools space, with open-source product experience being a significant plus.
- Strong proficiency in managing GTM systems, including CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to manage complex projects with high velocity.
- A commitment to our core values and a track record of building lasting client relationships.
- Fluency in English.
What you'll get
The salary range for this position is $201,000 to $229,000, complemented by a generous equity package. As a member of our team, you will also receive:
