The role

We are seeking a Director of Growth, Newsletters to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a leadership-level position for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses deep expertise in email marketing. You will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy and execution of our three newsletters, with a primary focus on driving business revenue and expanding our subscriber base.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to maximize revenue growth across our newsletter portfolio.
• Analyze campaign performance and subscriber data to drive continuous improvements in engagement and deliverability.
• Lead the testing roadmap, from identifying growth opportunities and sizing potential impact to executing experiments and reporting on results.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience managing marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and iterative testing. We are looking for a leader who is comfortable working with ambiguity and capable of guiding cross-functional teams. Your technical toolkit should include:

• Proficiency in automated marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, Iterable, or MailChimp.
• Strong analytical capabilities using tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel to inform decision-making.
• Excellent written communication skills for independent copy creation.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to build revenue projections and track performance metrics.

Compensation and benefits

The base salary range for this position is 95,000 USD to 140,000 USD, depending on your skills, experience, and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth, including:
