What you'll be doing

• You will lead, mentor, and grow our internal team of graphic designers to ensure our creative output consistently reflects the vision of both clubs.
• You will take ownership of all design projects by collaborating with the marketing department, club leadership, and external agencies to ensure every piece of work is strategically aligned and high-quality.
• You will manage our design resources and budgets, acting as the primary point of contact for external partners and vendors to ensure we meet our financial and creative goals.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in design and production leadership. We are looking for someone who brings the following expertise:

• Proven experience leading high-performing creative teams and managing complex projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as Figma.
• A deep understanding of brand management and marketing strategy, paired with the ability to communicate effectively across different departments.
• A passion for sports and a commitment to our core values, including diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll get
