We are now looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Events to join our remote team and help shape our event marketing efforts.
Key outcomes
- Lead the comprehensive strategy, execution, and management of both internal and external events, including webinars and customer-focused gatherings.
- Oversee the entire event lifecycle, from initial planning and budget forecasting to creative development and on-site logistics.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics to ensure all activities contribute effectively to lead generation and overall business goals.
- Establish and maintain robust processes and playbooks to support our sales and growth teams.
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers while fostering strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and contractors.
- Balance high-level strategic planning with the tactical execution required to manage multiple event marketing plans simultaneously.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional experience managing events specifically for Enterprise-level customers.
- Proven success in driving marketing programs within a fast-paced, high-growth business environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships across internal and external teams.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and paid media platforms to deploy and track campaigns.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance at every stage of the funnel to optimize future strategies.
- A strong sense of customer experience design and a willingness to experiment with new program formats.
- Fluency in English and the ability to thrive in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience working within the B2B Employer Health sector.
