We are now looking for a Director of Events and Brand Strategy to join our team in Israel on a full-time, on-site basis.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for events and brand partnerships that bolsters lead generation, customer success, and overall brand growth.
- Plan and manage high-impact events, overseeing every detail from logistics to budget optimization.
- Cultivate and maintain strong external relationships, utilizing expert negotiation skills to secure favorable partnership agreements.
- Collaborate across internal departments, including Sales, Growth, and Customer Success, to ensure all initiatives are aligned with company goals.
- Implement robust reporting frameworks to track ROI and performance, using data to drive future strategic decisions.
- Ensure all activities remain compliant with ethical standards and company policies while proactively managing potential risks.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Native-level proficiency in English is required.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in brand partnerships, event management, or marketing.
- A proven history of managing large-scale events and complex strategic partnerships.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and planning.
- Expertise in project management, with the ability to balance multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- The flexibility to travel and work outside of standard business hours when event schedules demand it.
